All major insurances accepted and with telehealth we're everywhere you need us to be. The current rise in healthcare costs is unsustainable, which is why we’ve made the shift to value-based care. We believe we have a responsibility as healthcare providers to lower the cost of care without sacrificing quality.

Stress comes and goes—but burnout builds over time.

Stress is usually temporary. Burnout happens when stress doesn’t let up and starts affecting your mental, emotional, and physical health.

⚠️ Warning signs to watch for:
• Constant exhaustion
• Feeling detached or unmotivated
• Irritability or mood changes
• Trouble focusing
• Frequent headaches or sleep issues

If this sounds familiar, it might be time to slow down and check in with your provider. You don’t have to push through it alone. 💜

Your future health is built in the small things you do every day.

✔️ Aim for 7–9 hours of sleep each night
✔️ Get at least 150 minutes of exercise per week
✔️ Stay hydrated—most adults need around 8+ cups of water daily
✔️ Focus on balanced, nutrient-rich meals

These habits may seem simple, but over time, they can have a powerful impact on your overall health.

Start small. Stay consistent. It adds up.
