Revision rhinoplasty.  Patient had a previous surgery that didn’t go well and left her with a collapsed dorsum, a traumatized septum, and didn’t address her dorsal hump.  This reconstruction required a rib graft and a bunch of secondary rhinoplasty techniques. Revision done by Dr. Griner.
