A few years ago, I learned success in business comes with giving more than you receive.
When I opened Provo Peak Chiropractic, I knew that mindset had to be part of the foundation.
Not just in the care,
but in how we show up for people beyond the treatment.
This is our first service project of 2026.

I see a lot of moms from all backgrounds and stages in the office.
I see their joys, their happiness, and their love.
I also see their worries, their struggles, and their stressors.
The ones figuring it out.
The ones carrying more than most people see.
And how sometimes…
when they put on a mask of bravery, what they need most is a hug of encouragement.
So this month, we’re collecting 100 messages of encouragement for moms in our community.
Simple. Real. Heartfelt.
