Today I was reminded of the importance of proper fl**ge size for pumping; attached is a great example of what your ni***es should look like in your fl**ge. P.S. don't forget to put breast milk or ni**le cream (lanolin) on your ni***es and areolas before pumping (or using a shield). If you are enrolled in WIC-they are doing fl**ge fit appointments to help get moms in correct fl**ges.
