Our sessions together begins with being open, allowing support and guidance to foster rediscovery of living and to die with dignity. Schakara Arrazola-Tiscareno is a Reiki Master, Death Doula and Empowerment Coach, whom utilize her expertise in Energy Work and Advance Crystal Healing to fuel transformation and uplift the healing process. Using Self-Empowerment thru mindfulness and Reiki, Schakara will help you reconnect with yourself. You can expect to receive personally tailored guided meditations, breath work and practical strategies as part of our work. End of Life Doula offerings provide guidance, counsel and ministry to those who want to personally care for and make specific home based arrangements with personal significance. Join our Death Cafe gatherings, increasing community awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their finite lives!

Choosing to step into this path is a powerful calling—one rooted in courage, compassion, and service.

Through Love & Withstand’s Death Doula Certification Program, I offer training that is immersive, holistic, and accessible. Together, we move beyond fear and silence around death and instead cultivate the tools, presence, and wisdom to support individuals and families with authenticity and dignity in their final chapter.

🌿 Community Death Care Workshop 🌿

Death is a natural part of life, yet our culture often hides it away. This workshop invites us to slow down, reflect, and reclaim practices of care, connection, and choice at the end of life.

Together we will explore:
✨ What community death care is and why it matters
✨ How grief and loss shape our values and relationships
✨ Practical tools for planning, legacy, and home funerals
✨ Reflection practices to imagine the kind of death ~ and life ~ we want

The day includes guided exercises, group discussions, and a presentation from the National Home Funeral Alliance. Participants will leave with resources, inspiration, and the support of community.
