Y Cakra Massage LLC

Y Cakra Massage LLC I believe that massage will heal you through your mind, body, and spirit. I am a certified, registered, and licensed massage therapist. Thank You Hi there !

Please visit my website for all services and reviews. My name is Yandi Cakrasenjaya, and I was born in Bandung, Indonesia. I moved to the United States in 1996 and grew up in Sergeant Bluff, IA. I came from a family of 6, and I am the oldest of 4 kids; I have 2 younger brothers and 1 younger sister. Something fun I like to share about me with my friends is that I was 14 years old when I moved to America. Without knowing the language or the culture, I learned to speak English in a ver non traditional way: from Sesame Street and the Die Hard trilogy. I worked in retail as a sales person/manager/auditor for a total of 13 years. I stood on my feet for 8-10 hrs a day and sometimes have to lift heavy objects. In 2011, I decided to attend culinary art school to become a chef. I was busy with my full time job and attending night classes until midnight. I knew this was not a sustainable way of life, and I destroyed my body because I didn’t do any self care at all. On top of it all, I was exhausted, overweight, weak, and unhappy. So I decide to change my life style, and I moved to Colorado in 2014 to start fresh. I started working as an Experience Director in a fitness facility. By working in the fitness facility, it has helped me to get in shape, but I was having aching problems with my muscles. So little by little, I read about how muscles work and that interested me to know more about the human body. I couldn’t read and watch enough information and videos to learn about how our bodies worked, so I decided to go back to school and be a therapist. While in school, I learned how to heal a human body through massage. I am looking forward to meet you and help you on your self care journey. I am LMT/MMP to treat pain and dysfunction:

✨ Why You Should Make Monthly Massages a Non-Negotiable ✨

We often think of massages as a luxury—but what if they’re actually a key part of maintaining your health and well-being?

Here’s what happens when you commit to a monthly massage routine:

💆‍♀️ Stress Reduction & Mental Clarity
Regular massages help lower cortisol (your stress hormone) while boosting serotonin and dopamine. The result? You feel calmer, clearer, and more emotionally balanced.

💪 Muscle Recovery & Pain Relief
Whether you sit at a desk all day or stay active, your muscles build tension over time. Monthly massages help release tightness, reduce soreness, and prevent chronic pain from developing.

❤️ Improved Circulation
Massage therapy stimulates blood flow, helping deliver oxygen and nutrients more efficiently throughout your body. This supports healing and leaves you feeling more energized.

😴 Better Sleep Quality
Struggling with sleep? Regular massages promote relaxation and help regulate your nervous system, making it easier to fall—and stay—asleep.

🧠 Boosted Immune Function
Studies show consistent massage therapy can increase lymphatic flow, helping your body fight off illness more effectively.

🧘‍♀️ Mind-Body Connection
Taking time once a month to slow down and reconnect with your body increases awareness, reduces burnout, and promotes overall wellness.

⏳ Preventative Care
Think of massage as maintenance, not repair. Addressing tension early can prevent injuries and long-term issues down the road.

🌿 Bottom line: A monthly massage isn’t indulgent—it’s intentional self-care that supports your physical, mental, and emotional health.

When was your last massage? 👇

A quick update and a sincere thank you to all of my amazing clients 💬

I want to share this both professionally and honestly. Each appointment time is reserved just for you, and when a client cancels last minute or doesn’t show up, it’s not just an empty spot—it’s time and income that can’t be recovered. I’ve already prepared my space, set aside that time, and often turned away other clients who were hoping to book.

Behind every session, there are also real, ongoing costs—rent, supplies, laundry, and the time spent preparing and resetting the space to give you the best experience possible.

To continue providing a high-quality and consistent service for everyone, a cancellation fee will apply when adequate notice isn’t given. This is simply about respecting time and helping keep the business sustainable—it’s never meant to feel harsh or personal.

✨ For the month of April, prepaid sessions will be required at the time of booking to help maintain a smooth and reliable schedule for all clients.

I truly value your time and appreciate your understanding, support, and continued trust in my care 🤍
