Hi!! I've been gone from this page for quite some time. When the Divine asks of you to take breaks from things though, you do it. I'm coming out of my hiatus and starting to feel ready to offer services again! I only move when God tells me to.

Some updates- Level Up Ascension Studio, ElementalAlignment, and Nova Stella's brick and mortar have closed down since I last posted here!
You can now find me teaching Yoga at Snap Fitness in Pueblo West! For now I am subbing classes, but we have a special Sound Bath Yoga class that I will be partnering with Heidi Love to bring to you all once a month! Stay tuned for info on this special treat!
I can also come to you for a private session, and I will also be announcing pop up Yoga classes at various locations.
Also, I will be joining a very special team to offer Yoga and Intuitive Sound Healing seasons at a local health and wellness collective! More to come on that soon.
