Congratulations to Hayley Abernathy, LPCC and her dog Bear! They are the first team to be approved by our internal animal assisted therapy program!

We've been offering equine and canine animal assisted therapy at New Leaf since 2017, but this is the first year of operating our own training and evaluation program!

A big congratulations also to Kim Blackwelder, LCSW, our animal assisted therapy program director and trainer, for developing and managing this amazing program! 🥰🎉🥳

Do you guys think I should run this decluttering group after the new year??

Even though I love groups, I haven't facilitated one myself in so long! I've been on the fence just bc my schedule is busy, but Ive wanted to do a group about decluttering for forever because I would love it! 🥰

So I decided to post this and if we get enough people who want to join me, Ill do it!

You won't believe the difference 4 weeks can make. Educational with fun activities for practice.

Virtual on Tuesdays from 12-1 so you can attend over lunch from work. 🥳
