🌿🇺🇸Veterans Day Luncheon🇺🇸🌿
Today, Lynnea, Candace and Anthony attended the annual Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce Veterans Day Luncheon. This lunch allows us and other Chamber Members to break bread in honor of those who have served or are active duty in each branch of military. Today was especially unique and special as Lynnea’s family sponsored and spoke at today’s lunch in honor of their late family member Daniel. We so enjoyed rubbing elbows with several Veterans and business members. One line really stuck out to me from Jeff Chostner’s speech. He said “We don’t fight for conquest, we fight for freedom”.
Thank you, Veterans! Thank you, for fighting for our freedom. ❤️

Today, and everyday we express our gratitude for the brave men and women past, present and future that choose to fight for our country and our rights as American citizens. Those that run toward the fight when most run away, those that give up their freedom, for ours and those that bravely cross enemy lines during the most tumultuous of times, no matter how scared they are. Major kudos to our Intake team Ashley and Miranda who processed over 105 referrals in last week and our clinical team who reviewed each of those referrals. In ONE month these ladies coordinated over 116 admissions. That means over 116 patients that received services because of these ladies, and our clinical teams hustle. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Every year, Frontier provides a cooked meal or meal kit for Thanksgiving to our patients who are unable to get a meal otherwise. We understand that this year food circumstances are more dire than ever among our patients due to the government shutdown, and pause on SNAP benefits. We are asking for donations of non-perishable food items as well as un-used hygiene products (deodorant, body soap, shampoo, toothpaste, female hygiene products and toothbrushes) for our patients in need this Holiday season.
If you feel so inclined, please clean out your pantry in order to add to ours!

Our integrated team refuses to let patients “fall through the cracks.” Our new, innovative Frontier Integrated Care Solutions (FICS) palliative program provides support and timely resources for all of our patients at all stages.

Our collaboration of care is seamless between our Home Health and Hospice team. Whether you or a loved one is recovering after a surgery, a medication change, short stay in a rehabilitation facility, or a recent hospitalization. Our team of Home Health professionals, that consists of Nurses, Physical Therapist, Occupational therapist, Certified nurses aids, and Medical Social Workers, knows how to get you on your way back to maintaining the life you lived. They can also give you the right tools to empower you to make the decision on when it is time to look towards comfort measures with our Hospice Team. Our way of guiding you and your family member, so it is not a scary time in your life, rather a sigh of relief knowing someone with end of life expertise is there to guide you in next chapter, focusing on mind, body spirit.

Anyone can call our team today. It is FREE for a consultation, and we take it from there by working with your physician to obtain orders, etc. Home Health and Hospice services are paid for by your insurance provider so there is no out-of-pocket expense to you. (Call for details).
