📣 We’re Hiring a Temporary Office Superstar!

Our busy, fast-paced physical therapy clinic is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional to step in while our long-time office coordinator takes maternity leave this spring (April–June 2026).

This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in a dynamic healthcare environment! You’ll be trained thoroughly by our current coordinator (who’s been with us for 13 years and knows this place inside and out 😉), so you’ll feel confident managing the front desk, scheduling, and supporting our amazing therapy team.

What we’re looking for:

✅ Strong multitasking and organizational skills

✅ A positive, patient-focused attitude

✅ Comfort working in a busy office setting

✅ Willingness to learn and dive into a variety of tasks

📅 Training begins soon to ensure a smooth transition before April.

Big news from the front desk! If you've been to our clinic in the last 13 years or so, you've probably been greeted with a smile, a joke, or a gentle reminder from Samantha - our front desk director of first impressions and organizational wizard 🧙🏼‍♀️🪄 Our favorite clinic skeleton 🩻 🦴 just had to spill the (baby) beans... No bones about it, Sam is about to add a new title to her already impressive resume: Mom (again)! 💕🍼 Don't worry - she's not going anywhere just yet. Sam will be working her magic at the front desk right up until baby time. So feel free to stop by, say congrats, offer parenting tips (all the good ones 😅), or sneak her some snacks! 🍿🍪🥨😋 Maybe a nap 😴 💤😄 We are so excited for her and can't wait to welcome the tiniest new member to our clinic family 💕 Fun Fact: When Sam first joined our team, her baby then was just 4 years old... Now that kid is driving 😳 Sam is expecting the baby to arrive April 1st, 2026

Looking for a smart, persistent, detail-loving human to join our (wonderfully cohesive) team! 🧠💥

We're in need of someone 15–20 hours a week to handle billing and collections, specifically:

📞 Calling insurance companies
🕵️‍♀️ Investigating denied and rejected claims
🔍 Figuring out what went wrong, fixing it, and helping us avoid future issues

This isn't just about making calls—this is about problem-solving, follow-through, and not stopping until we get answers. We want to prevent the same mistakes.

If you're the kind of person who can make sense of a mess, hold insurance accountable, and enjoys the satisfaction of “winning” claim disputes—you might just be our hero.

💼 If it works out (and you can work closely with our long-standing and cohesive group), there's room for more hours, more pay, and more responsibility.
