Meet Michael Riley, LSW. Michael has immediate openings during the week in the evenings and on Fridays:

I am a dedicated clinical and vocational counselor with over a decade of experience empowering individuals to break through barriers and achieve their goals. I’m a proud Colorado native based in Pueblo, my mission is to help clients recognize their inherent worth and pursue fulfilling lives.

My professional experience spans Cognitive Behavioral Health, Recreational Therapy, and Vocational Rehabilitation, providing a multidimensional perspective on resilience and recovery. I support people facing a wide range of cognitive, developmental, physical, and mental health challenges.
Utilizing a holistic, tailored approach, I incorporate evidence-based practices such as CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Motivational Interviewing. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can deepen self-awareness, build confidence, and develop sustainable coping strategies to navigate life’s challenges and foster lasting wellness.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors soaking up Colorado’s beauty—whether it’s camping under the stars, hiking new trails, or exploring the mountains in my side-by-side. Nature is where I recharge and find perspective. At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: everyone deserves the opportunity to become the best version of themselves. My mission—both personally and professionally—is to empower others to see their worth, pursue their goals with courage, and create lives they’re proud of.
