Our doors are always open when you need help. At Health Solutions, crisis services are a key part of who we are, and we’re proud to offer support when our communities need it most.

- The Walk-In Center/Crisis Living Room, 1310 Chinook Lane in Pueblo, offers a calm, supportive environment where anyone can walk in at any time and receive immediate support.

- Our Mobile Crisis Services team responds directly to individuals across Pueblo, Las Animas, and Huerfano counties to provide on-site evaluation, stabilization, safety planning, referrals to community resources, and 24-hour and five-day follow-ups.

- The Pueblo Crisis Response Team provides intensive, short-term, in-home and community-based services for youth and families in Pueblo.

Call our 24/7 Crisis Line at (719) 545-2746 to be connected to our team. Support is also available through 988, the statewide mental health crisis line. No one should face a mental health emergency alone. We're here for you.
