30 Days of Self Love: BODY
"I can do hard things!" During yoga, most of the time, my body is shaking terribly! I have realized, this is my brain program saying "you can't do this pose, you're doing too much, you better stop!" 'Stay in your comfort zone, its nice and cozy there'.. However, it is remaining here, that nothing happens.. no growth, now proud moments..
In telling mySelf, reiterating, "I CAN DO HARD THINGS!" I am reprogramming that fear of stepping outside! Reassuring my body that it is safe to do... anything! I AM SAFE!
