Alicia Holt has been practicing as a family medicine nurse practitioner in Cornersville, Tennessee. She is excited to be back home in Pulaski to provide care to neighbors in Giles County. You may call our clinic to schedule an appointment with Alicia Holt at any time. She will be seeing existing patients and accepting new patients as well. Walk-in appointments are welcome as well.

We would like to share with our patients and care takers that Nurse Practitioner Grace Holley is leaving our office later this month to work for hospice care in the area. We wish Grace the very best.

In the meantime and as we have always done, we will accommodate all of our patients with access to our office with appointments. We are working on filling the vacated position of Nurse Practitioner as soon as possible.
