Our office will be closed Wednesday and Thursday, and will reopen on Friday the 26th.

We would like to share with our patients and care takers that Nurse Practitioner Grace Holley is leaving our office later this month to work for hospice care in the area. We wish Grace the very best.

In the meantime and as we have always done, we will accommodate all of our patients with access to our office with appointments. We are working on filling the vacated position of Nurse Practitioner as soon as possible.

We are participating for the second year in a Medicare program in partnership with PearlHealth (Accountable Care Organization, ACO). PearlHealth receives reports from Medicare and recommends follow up and coordination of care for our traditional Medicare members to improve care. Recommendations include timely follow up to hospitalization and ER visits, as well as timely annual wellness exams. While PearlHealth offers a network of providers/specialists and laboratories, our providers are free to refer to any Medicare participating provider/lab. In brief, there are no changes to how we provide your care from last year.
