We’ve been loving this oatmeal bake! It’s quick and easy, can be stored for the week for quick meals, and variations can be made to better for your family’s needs.

I added chia seeds, craisins, and collagen protein powder. I used coconut oil instead of butter and didn’t put blueberries in. I also had “help” and too many oats were added and I was out of milk, so I added plain Greek yogurt and it turned out to be so light and fluffy this time. I think I’ll be doing that for now on!
I warm mine up with some berries and then add a scoop of Greek yogurt for even more protein!
