Thank you to the congregation of the McDonalds Mill Methodist Church, a member of the Catawba Circuit Charge of the United Methodist Church, for donating these adorable Staples for Seniors bags, filled with shelf-stable foods for seniors in need. They were donated just in time for Valentines Day, and, as always, included messages of love and support.

If you have Medicare, you have the right to choose someone to help you with your Medicare questions and problems. This helper is called an authorized representative.
They can help you pick a Medicare plan, sign up for Medicare, and take care of your Medicare benefits. They can talk to Medicare for you, fill out forms, and help you make choices. This person can be a family member, friend, caregiver, or anyone you trust.
If you would like someone else to help you make your Medicare decisions, such as a spouse, child, or friend, a form can be signed (Form CMS-1696) to make that person an authorized representative.
