InStill Mindfulness

InStill Mindfulness Cultivating a mindful world for all with kindness, compassion, and caring through education, action, and community.
(1)

InStill is committed to cultivating a mindful world for all. Our mission is to cultivate kindness, compassion, and caring through education, action, and community. Our Core Principle is Connection—with heart, mind, self, synapses, nature, and community. Our Values include:
Gratitude: We value gratitude in our own lives, and offer it freely. Self-care: We value self-care in our own lives, and aim to instill it in those around us. Awareness: We value the development of our own awareness, and provide tools to help others develop it in themselves. Redefine the mind: We value how mindfulness has changed our relationship with our mind, and foster it in others. Simplicity: We value simplicity as an antidote to chaos. Adaptability: We value adaptability, and welcome change rather than resist it. Walk the Walk: We value authenticity, and only aim to ‘preach’ what we actually practice. Acceptance: We value the equanimity gained through acceptance, and try to meet people where they are.

We’re honored to have them on our team and proud of the work they do to help build a stronger, more connected community. 🌿

🌿 Heart to Earth Nature Journaling begins April 12 🌿

We’re so excited to share this heart-centered, nature-led practice with you. Guided by Leslie Mathews, this offering invites you to slow down, notice deeply, and reconnect with yourself and the world around you.

Nature journaling isn’t about being an artist or a writer. It’s about using all your senses to meet the present moment — just as it is. No rules, no expectations, and no experience required. Just curiosity and openness. 🍃

This is your invitation to reconnect with joy, wonder, and awe — and to discover the beauty that’s been there all along.
