A sound bath is a meditative, acoustic immersion designed to soothe the nervous system and reconnect mind and body. During this session, Shane King uses layered vibrations from instruments like Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, chimes, drums, rain-sticks, and more — each chosen with intention and purpose.

As the sounds wash over you, they help guide the body into a deeply restful, restorative state.

Mindfulness was always meant to be practiced in community — surrounded by support, connection, and shared experience. Our weekly InSpire gatherings were created for exactly that purpose.

These 12 in-person and online gatherings offer:

At InStill, we’re taking meaningful action.
This week, we’re highlighting InSpire Mindfulness Gatherings — one of our most powerful tools for rebuilding connection and community.
