INTRO TO ASHTANGA 💛
Join us Fridays mornings at 6:45am in Pullman for Intro to Ashtanga! This hot class will take you through an abbreviated version of the Ashtanga primary series, modified to accommodate those new to Ashtanga.
Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and meditative practice that links a set series of postures with intentional breathing to foster deep mind-body connection. While it offers a vigorous challenge, all levels are welcome and will be supported through modifications and personal attention from the instructor!
