Innovative Aesthetics Policies

QUIET PLEASE- Please silence you mobile device and any wearable technology before entering the spa. We aim to create a relaxing and stress free environment for all clients. We cannot make an exceptions as we use needles and other sharp objects to perform treatments. We only provide services to clients ages 21 and up. ARRIVE EARLY- All paperwork will be available your the portal, please fill this out in its entirity prior to your appt. No services can be rendered until this is complete. Feel free to arrive 15 minutes early to complete this, link will be provided in your email. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING- Our time is as valuable as yours. Should you need to change or reschedule your appointment, we require a 24 hour notice. You may also complete this online. If you no show for any appointments, your online booking portal will be suspended. You will be required to call for your next 2 appointments and provide a $25.00 deposit prior to appointment confirmation and approval by the OWNER/OPERATOR. PRICING- All prices are subject to change at the discretion of the OWNER/OPERATOR. Monthly sales and promotions are avaialble throughout the calendar year. Tipping is never expected but certainly appreciated. It is customary to provide 20% gratuity for services rendered. Cash tips are preferred but can be added to debit/credit card transactions. REFER A FRIEND- Get $10.00 off any service when you refer a friend, this applies to new clients only. PAYMENTS- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Cash. We do NOT accept personal or 3rd party checks, money orders or EBT.
