There is something so special about being part of moments like these 🤍

Assisted Home Health had the privilege of celebrating the March birthdays with some truly wonderful residents at a local ALF, and we couldn’t feel more grateful. Each birthday is a reminder of a life lived, stories shared, and memories that continue to shape the people we care for every day.

Goat yoga + good vibes = the perfect day!

Today our home health team had the joy of hosting a goat yoga session at Meridean, and it was nothing short of amazing! Our wonderful therapist Melissa led the class with her signature warmth and expertise—alongside some furry little helpers, of course.

Big thanks to Dana and Garrison for representing our agency with heart and humor, and to all the residents who joined us for some stretching, smiles, and snuggles with our goat friends.

We loved seeing the laughter, relaxation, and connection this brought to everyone. Can’t wait to do it again soon!
