Monday Mantra

Have you ever experienced times in your life where you felt everything except grounded? You felt like you were constantly restless, fatigued, angry, impatient or insecure.

Then you may have a blocked or an imbalanced Root Chakra.

Located at the base of spine, the Root chakra or Muladhara is the foundation for how all the other 6 chakras are built and function.

One way to open the Root chakra and create space to open and balance the other 6 chakras mentioned above is by chanting mantras.

Mantra is a sound vibration through which we mindfully focus our thoughts, our feelings, and our highest intention.

The word mantra is derived from two Sanskrit words—manas (mind) and tra (tool). Mantra literally means “a tool for the mind” and was designed to help practitioners access a higher power and their true natures.

Chanting mantras is an effective way to release toxic emotions and connect through depths of the unconscious mind and adjust the vibration of all aspects of your being.

The mantra’s resonance inside your awareness will eventually open the energy in the Root chakra, and it will stop being just words and become a living energy that you’ll feel shifting your inner state.

Practice and Repeat this daily,
10-20 minutes a day in a quiet, relaxing place.

Consistency is key.

You enliven a mantra through regular practice over a period of time—months or even years.

Notice a feeling of optimism, trust, confidence and vitality grow stronger day by day as your Root chakra opens.

Pineapple quartz, also known as candle quartz or Atlantean Lovestar, is a crystal shrouded in mystery. It possesses a gentle, yet strong vibration that primarily works its magic on the Heart Chakra. While this stone can help balance the Heart Chakra, it has many powerful uses.
Pineapple quartz is the name given to a formation of generally cloudy white quartz when the main crystal point is covered by tiny terminations that point towards the termination of the main crystal.
