Massage is a general term for pressing, rubbing and manipulating your skin, muscles, tendons and ligaments. Massage therapists typically use their hands and fingers for massage but may also use their forearms, elbows and even feet. There are many different types of massage, including these common types:

Swedish massage. This is a gentle form of massage that uses long strokes, kneading, deep circular movements, vibration and tapping to help relax and energize you. Deep-tissue massage. This massage technique uses slower, more forceful strokes to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, commonly to help with muscle damage from injuries. Sports massage. This is similar to Swedish massage but is geared toward people involved in sport activities to help prevent or treat injuries. Trigger point massage. Everyone welcome Sindy! Sindy will be joining my team of massage therapists starting the second week of March working Thursday and Fridays. She comes from Germany 🇩🇪 and is very knowledgeable. Here is here bio. I’m super excited to add her to my elite professional team!

Hi, I’m Sindy.�I’m originally from Germany, where I became a licensed naturopath (Heilpraktikerin) in 2018. My strong interest in human anatomy and physiology led me to further my education in osteopathy, which I successfully completed in 2022.
My professional training includes craniosacral, parietal, and visceral therapy. I also bring extensive hands-on experience in taping, cupping, and health coaching. Over the years, I have worked closely with athletes, gaining solid expertise in sports health, recovery, and injury prevention. Collaborating with clients from bodybuilding, kickboxing, and soccer has allowed me to continuously refine my clinical skills and apply them in a very practical, results-oriented way.
Since 2023, I have been living in Florida, where I also completed my training as a licensed massage therapist. Today, I combine medical knowledge with a holistic, personalized approach to help my clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being. Ongoing education and professional growth are an essential part of my work.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward better health, movement, and long-term balance.
