This post is not going to be easy but here it is…. I feel it is time for a season of change in my life. Owning and operating Fired Up Nutrition for the last 8 years has been nothing short of amazing. I have met some of the most amazing people. I have made lifelong friends. You have watched my children grow up and support them and celebrate them. I will cherish the time I have spent behind the bar laughing and crying with all of you. But all good things do come to and end. My last day open and in the shop will be August 9th. I am not giving up Herbalife and I will still continue to serve all of my team members! If you want to learn to make your products at home let me know I can help you and save you money!!! So please come in and say goodbye and make my last two weeks the most amazing two weeks! I will miss you all! Thank you for everything

I had to take a week and a half off because my knee became very angry with me but I saw my doctor and got a plan so here we are starting back very slowly and back at the beginning. That’s ok because I would rather start over than do something that could cause permanent damage.

Hey guys an update for Today and Tomorrow. I am going to go ahead and close for the day. Purcell has requested a boil procedure for water and I use entirely too much water to have to boil it all before I can use it. They are also on water rationing right now. You guys had us rocking on Wednesday and I am out of a LOT of my product. I wont get more product in until Monday so I will be closed the remainder of today and all day tomorrow. I am sorry for an inconvenience this has caused. Enjoy your weekend and see you Monday morning bright and early!!!

It’s actually day 3 but I did day 1 twice so I could get used to it. I am 48 and I have never run at all in my life and I set a huge goal for myself and it is going to be hard but I have the best friends and husband who support me and my crazy ideas. So if you see me looking all crazy and limping it’s ok your girl is just trying to run a half marathon before she turns 50 no biggie.
