Steffany Hodges is a Certified Massage Therapist specializing in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Pregnancy Massage as well as Stretch Therapy for the last 20 years. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through NFPA with specialty certifications in TRX, Functional Training, and Kettlebell. Brandon Hodges has a BS and MS in Nutritional Sciences and is a Certified Personal Trainer through NSCA. He has been a personal trainer and nutrition consultant for over 20 years. Brandon has owned several sports supplement businesses and is now a formulation consultant for supplement manufacturers.
