Please join us in welcoming Brenda Oldknow to Mountain View Therapy Group!

Brenda is a Supervisee in Social Work who brings warmth, creativity, and a deep passion for supporting children and families. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work.

Brenda works primarily with children and teens ages 4–18, helping them navigate emotions, behavior challenges, trauma, and life transitions. She integrates child-centered play therapy, structured play interventions, CBT, DBT skills, and trauma-informed care to create a safe, empowering space where young clients can feel truly understood.

Brenda also partners closely with parents, offering guidance and support so families feel confident and equipped outside of the therapy room.

As a mom of three (plus three dogs and one cat!), Brenda understands firsthand the joys and challenges of family life. Her love of arts, crafts, and music shines through in the creative, engaging way she connects with children.

We are so excited to have Brenda on our team and look forward to the impact she will make in our community 💚
