✨ Big news for women’s health!
Today, the FDA announced it will remove the black box warning from many estrogen products — marking a historic shift in how we talk about menopause care.

For over 20 years, this warning has cast fear and confusion over hormone therapy. But research now shows what many of us in women’s health have long known:
➡️ Hormone therapy is not one-size-fits-all.
➡️ Risks and benefits depend on the individual woman — her age, health history, timing, and goals.
➡️ For many, systemic estrogen support can be safe, effective, and life-changing.

This decision represents progress, advocacy, and empowerment.
It’s a reminder that every woman deserves a personalized, informed conversation about her options — free from stigma and outdated science.
