Come OUT of your shell and live your life to the fullest!! It is our own responsibility in this life to learn to be OK with how it is, to be authentic in the moment, to express ourselves and learn about ourselves every day. If we hide ourselves away, allowing past hurts to confine us, we deprive the world of all the lessons we have learned and all the gifts we have to give and receive in the future.

Every day isn't sunshine & rainbows, but without the sadness we would not be able to appreciate the days that are!! ♥
