Last Friday we had an amazing time at the Active Aging Expo – Hosted by Senior Advocate at the Kempsville Community Recreation Center in Virginia Beach! 🎉

We truly enjoyed connecting with so many wonderful seniors, sharing smiles, conversations, and great moments together. It was a fun and meaningful day celebrating active and healthy aging in our community. 💙😇

Today’s Angel Wing Tip for the day is how to properly use gloves when providing care.
Wear gloves for toileting, bathing, laundry, and cleaning. Remove them without touching skin, discard right away, and wash hands again to finish the job safely.
