Tis the season! And no unfortunately I don’t mean in the “merry” sense. It’s sick season! Time to baton down and prioritize your health because there’s nothing that stress and depression like to feed on more than a deregulated body system.
Make the time to give your body what it needs - get the check up, drink tons of fluids, make sleep the biggest priority, and take care of yourself so that you can have the energy to take care of your mind. ☕️
