Did you know that what you are eating can cause inflammation leading to IBS, migraines, headaches, skin issues, chronic fatigue, and joint pain?

Have you focused on eating healthy foods but no change in symptoms? Just because a food is healthy does not mean your body responds well to it. If a person is sensitive to a food, eating that food can cause inflammation.

The Mediator Release Test tests the inflammatory response in 170 different foods and chemicals.

Are you curious about which foods are causing inflammation in your body? Guessing often leads to nowhere.

Stop guessing.

A Registered Dietitian Certified Leap Therapist can develop a nutrition plan specific to your food sensitivities and provide guidance to help decrease inflammation.

When I started Viva Nutrition in 2019 I just knew I needed to do more as a dietitian and provide science based, holistic nutrition therapy and help people stop the idea they needed to be deprived to reach their health goals.
This 5 year chapter has been a journey of growth, hard work, and resilience and meeting incredible people along the way.

Here's to listening to the heart whispers, the power of faith, and I can't wait to see what the next chapter brings.

"Find a job you are passionate about...share it...make sure it is helping and inspiring others...and KEEPS YOUR FIRE LIT". This "job" keeps my fire lit.🔥

If only I had a dollar for every time someone asked me about protein bars😂. Anyone else feeling overwhelmed about good protein bar options...including myself🙋‍♀️. If I had to throw out a guess...90% of the protein bars on the market are garbage, containing chemicals, additives, added refined sugar, and artificial sweeteners.

Bars can be a convenient snack between meals. Look for:

*WHOLE INGREDIENTS such as fruits, dates, nuts, nut butters, seeds, pea protein, brown rice protein, eggs, whey protein isolate, cocoa powder, Cinnamon, ginger.
*AVOID added refined cane sugar, artificial sweeteners such as sucrolose, erythritol, mannitol, and xylitol and synthetic fibers or sugar alcohols which can cause GI disturbances. Clinical studies have suggested artificial sweeteners change up the gut pathology leading to glucose intolerance. Watch out for additives/chemicals on the ingredient list.
