Private - Therapist owned Physical Therapy Practice

Part-time with possibility of moving to full time.

Description of duties
Medical Billing Specialist (Primary)
Claims processing. Revenue cycle management. Reimbusement analysis and optimization. Patient Billing. Credentialing.

Front Office Coordinator (Back up)
Frontline contact with patients. Answering phones. Scheduling. Insurance verifications. Collection of copay/coinsurance. Scanning/uploading medical documentation. Other duties as needed to help with the overall smooth flow and up keep of the clinic.

Requirements:
Past medical office experience (preferred)
Strong Organizational and Multi-tasking skills
Friendly, courteous, polite.
Team player
EMR - knowledge and familiarity of various systems (WebPT and Therabill - preferred)
Computer Skills - word, excel, etc.
Relaxed intensity
Eligible to work in Washington State, USA
