Our free monthly Dementia Support Group is Tomorrow! Everyone is welcome! ❤️

🤔 The word "hospice" can be confusing, but its role is often far more supportive than people realize. This month, the Envision Hospice team will be here to:

-Clarify hospice eligibility.
-Explain how hospice uniquely supports quality of life.
-Help reduce common fears and misconceptions.

We'll follow with a round-table discussion led by Elaine.

Bonus: Complimentary oversight, snacks, and activities are provided for your loved one with dementia during the group.
