We’re here and the power is on, but due to widespread power outages there are >2,000 xfinity outages reported in our area. With our internet out, our phone and payment systems are currently down. We’re working around a solution for phones currently. Please be patient with our team this morning as we work through this.
⚠️ UPDATE: We have ONE phone line and only one person to answer calls. Texting to 848-1563 and PetDesk messages as well as emails will have slow respinse times. Please text 848-1564 for a faster text response. This is the number that texts you when we miss your call. All payments can be made using cash, care credit pay my provider link (invoices of $200 or more), and medipay credit card payment links. These will be provided when you checkout, or you can find them on our website at the very bottom of the home page under payment options.
