After many years of DEEP inner work on myself and different mentorships. It’s time.

My Spirit team has been telling me it’s time to show the world who I came here to be and most importantly, (unapologetically)!

Aside from my 1:1 sessions with clients and the recent psychic medium shows I’ve been participating in, I don’t share my truth with my family or friends that are outside of the spiritual community.

Here I am putting it out for the world to see….

Another great night of channeling Spirit for a live audience.

I went into this journey of showing my true, authentic self with fear/trepidation, but was I was reassured by Spirit that when you walk forward with love and faith the fear will dissipate and the Universe will conspire in your favor.

Let this be a message for everyone that no matter what you are facing. As the angels always say “JUST KEEP GOING!” 🪽🪽

Angelic Energy Healing is a gentle yet powerful spiritual healing practice that connects with the energy and guidance of angels to promote balance, peace, and healing on all levels—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

I’ve noticed a trend in my most recent sessions. Archangels have been stepping forward to be of assistance. Offering a calming wave of love streaming it throughout individual’s nervous system. Then providing a message of guidance of how the individual can continue to work on themselves. Offering insight as to where the root of their physical or emotional pain stems from. Too often our body is sounding the alarm and screaming in pain but we miss what it is truly trying to tell us.

Angelic energy healing is a very loving, nurturing, and supportive if only you are open to the experience and willing to receive.🌟

In this particular energy session we focused on inner child work to help remove armored walls of protection that is no longer serving the individual.

Spirit brought forth that this particular individual has been carrying “walls of protection” since the age of 12. The specific details will not be shared here as they are private details.

After a deep energetic de-armoring, this client not only was able to verbalize his own intuitive insight on the situation, but also received a channeled message from Spirit that will help him more forth on his path of healing.

It’s important to remember that after your session with me is “over,” it’s not truly over. The energy will continue to move out and through you if you allow it time and grace to do so.

Would you believe me when I say HEALING comes from connection?

It comes from being deeply seen and felt by another person while we’re in pain. When our distress is met with care rather than judgment, our nervous systems start to settle.

What heals is being with someone who isn’t afraid of our suffering, who stays present without trying to fix or dismiss it. This kind of attunement, repeated over time, helps build the internal safety we may have never had.

We don’t need to analyze our thoughts but experience co-regulation, resonance, and trust.
That’s what helps our systems begin to integrate what’s been too overwhelming to face alone.

The human part of me gets annoyed sometimes how talks of vibration and frequency is too “woo-woo.” People roll their eyes or laugh.

I have faith that one day the majority will be onboard and this won’t be woo-woo talk. I won’t have to gage the room to see who I can be myself in front of. I’ll be able to speak open and honestly without fear of making them uncomfortable.

A girl can dream.
