Moonlight Peace Moonlight Peace is Energy Healing offered by Somatic Alignment/Reiki Master Practitioner, Christina Harr. What is Reiki? Reiki is a type of energy healing.

It is commonly known as a stress reduction technique that promotes healing. Reiki is a holistic system for balancing, healing and harmonizing all aspects of the person-body, mind, emotions and spirit-and it can be used to encourage personal and spiritual awareness and growth. Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness. Energy medicine aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure. Improving the flow of energy around the body can enable relaxation, relieve pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness. What to expect during a session:
You will be fully clothed while laying on a massage table. Soft music will be playing in the background. No essential oils, scented lotions or perfumes are permitted inside of Greenshire out of respect for others. Before you begin, a short conversation will take place to simply catch your breath from the business of life and set intensions for the session. Can't make it to Greenshire or would feel more relaxed in your home:
Distance Reiki works just the same as in person! Physical space between you and Christina is NOT a barrier! It TRULY works. References available upon request.

Science is now showing we can hold up to 7 lineages of trauma and pain within our bodies. It begins the moment of conception.

If you are experiencing emotional pain that is coming from a place that you cannot place or if it feels out of proportion for what you are/or have experienced in your life….that is a true indicator that it is not your own. BUT it does live within your body and now it is up to you to break the cycle.
