Please consider coming in this week to pick one of our angels which represents a child in foster care through Bucks County Children & Youth. They include a gift wishlist. Year 22 of names and wish lists for Bucks County Youth Services...our local foster kids. Every kid got every thing on their Santa list, again, including tablets and bicycles. The social workers' had tears in their eyes during pick up, as they know each child's situation, and how much they wanted each thing.
When I was a foster kid, any extra sugar was considered a win.
But thanks to so many generous patients and staff, they can go back after break with the kinds of gifts Santa brought their friends....and feel hopefully a little more normal.
Christmas becomes Christmas when we care about others...

So many children in foster care don't understand that their not to blame for where they are.
Christmas should a time of joy and hope.
Thank you again everyone for stepping up and helping Santa bring some joy into our Bucks County Youth Services foster children's lives for the 19th year in a row.
We get their names, ages, and wish lists from their social workers.
Sometimes their simple wishes bring out a gut wrenching lump in the throat...
Sometimes their obnoxious wishes are annoying.
But they're all kids...and deserve every benefit of innocence.
Once again, our community of patients and staff checked off every list.
As a former foster child, my heart warms at the generous outpouring each year.
This is Christmas to me.

Christmas made possible for a group of Bucks County foster children thanks to the heart warming generosity of our patients.
Social workers gave us names, ages, and wish list.
Bicycles, toys, coats, clothes, and games,...just wow.
2020 might be best haul of our 18 years of service.
Just imagine the joy of a kid in a troubled circumstance knowing that someone somewhere loves them.

With the Covid-19 continued impact, our office has been authorized by the state to treat any ailments Dr. Sedicum has been trained to treat beyond the lower extremities. Deep cuts, foreign bodies, fractures of the arm or hand, skin disorders, and any sort of infection or wound. We are prepared to assist in hospital avoidance for patients during this time.

Great job everyone who made this one of our best toy drives in 17 years of trying to help make Christmas special for local foster kids...A lot of gifters went big this year, and that makes awesome happen. Little Florence was pleased to participate...

Bucks County Foster Children Toy Drive is off to a good start. They collect from us December 10th in order to have time to sort and wrap for local kids. Drop off a gift anytime...it's fun to watch the pile grow and take over our waiting room.
