• MHS GENESIS Patient Portal: https://my.mhsgenesis.health.mil
Send your provider: DoD ID, Date of Birth, Medication, and Call-Back Number

For Refills:
• Refill Line: 800-377-1723 (prescription numbers required)
• Patient Portal: Select Naval Health Clinic Quantico – Clinic ScriptCenter
