Sharing comfy, cozy organic cotton and sustainable Pact. In love!! while l establishing my capsule wardrobe in my current size. Pact has casual simple clothing (some dresses, jumpsuits- check Poshmark too). It's not cheap but hoping will last for a while! Never goes out of style. I love that you can mix & match soooo much and collections such as "airplane" great for travel, includes long cardigan, pants, tank...I also bought joggers, same wide leg pants and a hood-less sweatshirt in a pretty green. Start unfollowing influencers who remain silent. Ask them to speak up. I have asked companies and influencers to do so. Some respond to my request personally. If they refuse, byeeee. I saw a conversation once... "why weren't people doing anything when they saw what H***er was trying to do? You're doing it now." If influencers are too afraid to loose followers, they don't deserve your money or your "likes " good grief. Soooo many are speaking the truth and gathering their tribe. We need to stick together.

I have been off of my personal page & I love it. It feels yuk to see the crap on fb now so I'm out mostly. I do like to check in on "events" and to see what friends are up to though. The good stuff 💕 but my Instagram posts have been making their way onto my "health" page... Oops. I find it much easier not to get sucked into social media on Instagram it feels great! I see soooo many of us (on social media particularly) hanging on to pain, people & what they've done to us. It gives us purpose, a place to put our anger, a reason for a failure or breakdown of a relationship, disappointment with ourselves and so on. But man, on the days we can let it go...it feels amazing! Move toward a life of peace- forgiveness- of not making this our identity- of letting it go every single day. ❤️ I am making my way. Thought I was there, had a setback, but I continue on. I wish peace for you too!

I've never had the desire for Journaling- which is interesting with my psychology background 🤔 (avoiding perhaps...) & have strayed from my creative roots. I bought this book to help me with getting back there...it has 100 short stories collected from a variety of contributers, different themes with journal prompts after each story. 100 days of creativity for inspiration! Let's see how it goes 💪💗 here's to working on yourself quietly 💕
