Caregiver Qualifications/Skills:
Must have all certifications.
♡Arizona caregiver certification
♡ Be over the age of 21
♡ First Aid & CPR
♡ Fingerprint card
♡ TB test for 6 months or newer
♡ Love to take care of seniors
♡Physical ability
Shifts :
Alder Leaf At Summit Shadows (Mesa, AZ)
6 AM- 6 PM Saturday - Sunday
Alder Leaf At Hasting Farms (Queen Creek, AZ)
6 AM-6PM
6 PM-6 AM

Caregiver Job Responsibilities:
Assists residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and getting to and from activities and meals according to the individual service plan.
Allows and encourages residents to do as much of their own care as possible.
Serves meals to residents in the dining room and may assist in preparing meals following preplanned menus.
Initiates and participates in leisure activities provided for residents as described in the activity calendar and encourages residents to socialize and participate in planned activities or programs to develop friendships with other residents.
Performs general housekeeping; and follows cleaning schedules for resident laundry, bedrooms, dining area, living space, bathrooms, kitchen, and the other regions.
