THE BEST ADVICE I EVER GOT. A long time ago, I had an amazing person say, “In life, IF it’s worth it, it probably involves hard work.”
Parenting - can be difficult at times for sure.
Relationships- for sure have their ups and downs.
Careers/work- It’s called work for a reason!
Health - to be healthy you have to put in the work, it’s not easy at all to care about your health,
BUT if you put the hard work in, the benefits are beyond worth it!

I Knew there was a something missing

How come some of my clients would get absolutely amazing results and then some (same technique) wouldn’t be so thrilled with their results?

How come some results lasted longer than others?

I even experienced this! I would get something done and the outcomes were inconsistent. I wasn’t going to blame the product because that was probably the one consistent, as well as the provider.

I dove into the research.

I started asking all the questions.

What I found was that what we do at home, everyday life, affects our results.

It wasn’t about getting more and more treatments…

It was about doing the work at home.

It was about feeling as good as I looked!

It is only when I started to focus on the RIGHT things that my satisfaction with treatment outcomes became better!

A Common Misconception About Aging is…

That aesthetic treatments will solve ALL your aging concerns.

Unfortunately aesthetic treatments do not stop aging. They do a job, for sure. You will get results, absolutely, I'm not here to argue that.
This is a common idea that many of my clients have thought because they can be just focused on instant gratification of the results from the treatment but we need to dive deeper because it is causing people to not look at the root cause of aging. We need to take action from within the body, so far as to how oxidative stress ages you.

The reality is our cells are aging, yes we see it on our face because that's what we focus on but it’s all over and inside! So if you are on an accelerated path of aging because of your lifestyle choices, you are fighting a losing battle.

Dealing with the constant feeling that you could be doing something more for your aging and health is exhausting…

It can be really hard to even know where to begin…

I get it…

I’ve seen this over and over again…

Successful women who…

Feel like they have to schedule more and more treatments
Shell out more and more money
