🥒 Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Fresh basil, salt & pepper to taste
