Shoulder pain isn’t “normal.” It’s a signal.

If your shoulder hurts when you:
• Reach overhead
• Sleep on your side
• Put on a sports bra
• Lift weights
• Throw a ball
• Or even just exist

That’s not just “tight muscles.”

And it’s definitely not something you should ignore.

Most shoulder pain we see at DASH isn’t random. It usually falls into a few categories:

🔹 Rotator cuff overload
🔹 Impingement from poor shoulder blade control
🔹 Tendon irritation
🔹 Frozen shoulder
🔹 Postural dysfunction from sitting all day
🔹 Old injuries that were never fully rehabbed

And here’s the part most people don’t realize…

Your shoulder is only as stable as your shoulder blade and mid-back allow it to be.

So if you’ve been stretching it, massaging it, icing it — and it keeps coming back — there’s probably a movement problem underneath it.

Pain is rarely the root cause.
It’s the symptom.

DASH is amazing caring and highly effective at helping with Neck Back Shoulder and heel pain.....The most caring Physical Therapy Group that I have ever experienced...Mike is all about improving your pain level to manageable and then back to pain free....

I started with Neck and Upper Back pain and he helped correct that and then Lower back and he has helped that dramatically and now my achilles heal and in less than 1 week it has improved 90%. He is all about improving Quality of life through Pain Reduction without medication or surgery.
