Reflecting on the last year, my heart is just so full. 🌿✨ A little over a year ago, I felt a deep pull to connect more with our local community and create this dedicated virtual social space for holistic wellness, tips, and genuine connection.
What started as selling my gemstone products at local markets and saying "yes" to every opportunity has bloomed into so much more—including opening up our property for gatherings, classes, and wellness events! 🔮🧘‍♀️
I am so incredibly grateful for each and every one of you who follows, engages, and is a part of the Bex Wellness community- whether you're local or engaging from afar. You are the reason this space exists. Thank you for walking this path with me—I absolutely cannot wait to see what’s next! 🤍

Creating a Yule altar is a beautiful way to honour the winter solstice and connect with the energy of rebirth, light, and renewal. Here's how to create your magical Yule altar:
* Incorporate Seasonal Symbols
Decorate your altar with natural elements that represent the season. Use pinecones, evergreen branches, holly, and mistletoe to symbolise life.
Add candles in red, green, gold, and white to represent the returning light and Yule's festive colours.
* Add Representations of Sun and Light
Include sun symbols, water, feathers, gold items, or orange slices to honour the sun's rebirth. A Yule log or piece of wood can be a centrepiece, representing the cycle of the seasons.
* Personal Touches
Incorporate crystals like clear quartz, garnet, or citrine for energy and warmth. Add cinnimon sticks, clove and orange potpourri for a festive aroma.
• Set Intentions (our affirmation incense papers are perfect for this)
Dedicate your altar with a small ritual or blessing, setting intentions for warmth, joy, and growth in the coming year.
