Understanding your A1c is an important part of managing your health. Your A1c shows your average blood sugar over the last three months, giving a clearer picture than a single reading. If your numbers run high, small daily changes can make a big impact. Try simple swaps like choosing water over sugary drinks, grabbing fresh fruit instead of desserts, and building meals with lean proteins and fiber to help keep your blood sugar steady.
If you’ve been feeling unusually thirsty, tired, noticing blurry vision, or using the restroom more often, these can be signs your blood sugar needs attention. We’re here to help you understand your numbers and support you with tools that make managing your health easier. Ask us about continuous glucose monitoring for a simple, effective way to stay on track. Your health matters, and we’re here every step of the way.
