This is the second week in our Summer Reset Series. Join us for one hour this Saturday (June 11) as we prepare for the Summer Solstice on June 21 — the first day of summer and the longest day of the year. During the busy summer months, your days and nights will inevitably get thrown off with unexpected plans so this is a good time to establish daily practices that keep you centered and allow for for fun and spontaneity.

Each week is different, so come for one or all! On June 11 and 18 at 9:30AM (EST), we will take time to connect, breath, meditate, journal and move.

Starts THIS SATURDAY, JUNE 4th!!!

As the school year comes to a close and warmer summer days are ahead, join us as we prepare! Join us for one hour each Saturday leading up to the Summer Solstice on June 21 — the first day of summer and the longest day of the year.

Changing seasons, especially summer, may mean a shift in your own daily routines, so this is a good time to consider how you will stay connected with your daily practices while still allowing for fun and spontaneity.

On June 4, 11 and 18 at 9:30AM (EST), we will take time to connect, breath, meditate, journal and move. Each week will be different, so come for one or all!

Spring ahead! SET YOUR ALARM for Gentle Stretch & Flow! Sunday morning practice tomorrow at 7:30AM!

We are moving the clocks ahead tonight. That means longer days, but can throw off sleep and leave you feeling groggy and out of sorts.

You can help your body adjust:
- Stay hydrated! Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day
- Move daily — just 10 minutes a day makes a difference!
- Keep a regular wake up and bed time
- Create a bedtime routine to prepare your body for sleep

Sunday practices:
7:30AM Gentle Stretch & Flow
Breath, meditation and mindful movement -- a gentle practice at a slow pace to allow you to connect to the breath and the body. Great for beginners!

6:30PM Community Yoga
Open level class appropriate for anyone looking to connect -- breath and move in community.

There are some new classes and changes to the schedule this week.
Lots of options livestream & on-demand!

SLOW FLOW - Wed & Fri 8:00AM - A new practice added to the schedule this week on Wednesday and Friday at 8:00AM. Ease into the day with this vinyasa (flow) practice that allows you to move the body slowly -- beginning with seated meditation and pranayama (breath work) and transitioning into a gentle asana (movement practice) that allows us to move mindfully and take our time in each posture.

FriYAY! RISE & SHINE 5:15AM - For the early birds! A new 5:15AM session has been added to the calendar on Friday. Every weekday! 30 minutes!

BEGINNER FLOW - Mon 6:30AM - Still 30 minutes! A great way to start the morning before jumping into the demands of the day! Take things slow, ease into the day with a centering practice and work in some supportive household props to help get the body moving.

It’s here! Pause Rest Be: Stillness Practices for Courage in Times of Change by

I have been making my way slowly through this beautiful work electronically, but so nice to actually hold the book in my hands. Turn the pages, see the print on the page, feel the words deeply. I loved Gather and it was a guide for me early in the pandemic. Now has created another stunning work that is so moving and gives us permission to be still.

Thank you for hosting a fantastic book club session this week. You brought the words to life tonight and created that same warm, welcoming and open space to simply BE.

Join me for a 30-minute gentle yoga practice using the support of a sturdy chair and other household props. Focus on breath and connecting with the body, with the goal of maintaining mobility, improving balance and increasing strength. Great for all levels, beginners, desk jockeys and individuals working with limited mobility, arthritis or recovering from injuries.

Struggling to let go of the day and fall asleep? YOGA FOR REST! Yoga eases stress and promotes relaxation helping you fall asleep faster, sleep longer and feel more well-rested. Yoga can decrease the secretion of cortisol, the primary stress hormone, and increase the secretion of melatonin, a hormone that regulates sleep and wakefulness.

Try one of these gentle practices to help prepare you for a restful evening.

Practice that strikes a balance between movement and rest. Perfect for transitioning from the workday into a more restful evening. Beginning with a vinyasa flow sequence that warms the body and focuses the mind, then transitions to a gentle restorative practice.

EVENING WIND DOWN - Tues & Thurs 8PM
Quiet the mind, calm the nervous system, and prepare the body for rest. A gentle practice that incorporates deep relaxation, breathing and meditation. Gentle poses are held for extended periods of time to allow for maximum release.
