✨ One-Month Post-Op | Real Healing, Real Progress ✨
Swipe to see this patient’s 1-month before & after following a bilateral breast reduction, along with arm liposuction and a mini arm lift.
At this stage, healing is still very much in progress. Some swelling, mild bruising, and immature scars are completely normal and expected — both in the breasts and arms. What’s important to highlight is that this is part of the journey. Results continue to evolve over 6–12 months as swelling resolves, scars soften, and tissues fully settle.
We often see only the final outcome online, but setting realistic expectations means also showing the in-between phases. Even at just one month, the difference is already noticeable — lighter, more proportional breasts and improving arm contour — with continued improvement ahead.
