Universal Yoga, created by Andrey Lappa, blends ancient yogic wisdom with modern practice to cultivate balance of body, breath, mind, and energy. Its uniqueness lies in multi-dimensional sequencing, where practitioners rotate and shift across the mat for a sense of spatial freedom. Every sequence is symmetrical, ensuring harmony on both sides of the body. Universal Yoga also integrates asana, pranayama, meditation, mudra, and mantra into one panoramic experience. It is a journey of challenge and breakthrough—expanding awareness and opening the multi-dimensional universe within.

Welcome to join the Universal Yoga Workshop. It’s our first time to open this class to public and welcome experienced yogis to join.
