This weekend was all about community 🌱✨

The weekend kicked off with the Nurture and Nourish experience with my lovely co-host .charmaineshow. We reflected, connected, and healed as a community 💛

The weather couldn’t stop us on Saturday! Rain or shine, we showed up for ourselves and each other.

A huge shout out to for hosting the first-ever and for inviting me to join the mental health and wellness panel. It was an honor to be in conversation with such powerful voices doing the work to make wellness more accessible, especially for our communities.

Grateful for every hug, every laugh, and every moment of shared healing this weekend. Community care is the heart of it all. 💫
