2025 was a year of becoming✨

A year of slowing down, softening, grieving, loving deeper, and choosing myself again and again.
I learned that embodiment takes time.

That love can deepen after decades when you’re willing to do the work.

That healing doesn’t erase triggers—it gives you the tools to respond with intention.

And that patience (my word of the year 😊) truly creates room for clarity, alignment, and expansion.

Every lesson stretched me.
Every gift shaped me.

As I prepare to step into 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣6️⃣ I’m carrying these lessons with me—grounded, clearer, and more open than ever.

My sensory reset kit stays close this time of year—water, essential oils, a stress ball, and my aromatherapy spray. During the holidays, I’m holding space for clients as they move through the complexities of family dynamics, seasonal changes, and emotional heaviness✨✨✨

As a therapist, I don’t just teach nervous system regulation—we regulate together. Polyvagal theory reminds us that healing happens through safe connection, co-regulation, and the steady circulation of support between two nervous systems💛💛
