WOWWW a nice cobb salad right now....😛😛😛

Meat: This protein-packed Cobb salad calls for both bacon and chicken.

Lettuce: Iceberg lettuce is the traditional choice for this classic dish.
Tomatoes: Chopped fresh tomatoes lend flavor and color.

I am so hungry rn!!! WOW this looks good!!

To a large bowl, add the beef mince, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt and pepper. Use your hands to combine well. Divide the mixture into 4–6 portions, then use your hands to form patties. Their size ideally needs to be just bigger than the burger buns you are using as the patties will shrink slightly as they cook. Want an extra veggie hit? See note 2.
Use your thumb to make an indent in one side of the patty. This helps the patties keep their shape during cooking.
Heat the olive oil in a heavy-based frying pan over medium–high heat. Cook the burger patties for 10–12 minutes, turning once halfway through. Add the water to the pan in the last 2 minutes of cooking. This step is optional, it allows you to scrape up all of the delicious sticky bits in the base of the pan and they cling to the outside of the patties = more flavour! For a delicious chargrilled result, you can cook the patties in a chargrill pan or cook them on a barbecue plate. Heat the plate to medium–high, spray the plate with oil just before cooking and cook the patties for 10–12 minutes, turning once halfway.
Serve the brioche buns topped with burger patties, cheese, tomato, red onion, gherkins, lettuce, whole-egg mayonnaise, ketchup and American mustard. Serve immediately!

French toast would hit the spot right nowww!!

reheat griddle to 350 degrees F or or heat a skillet over medium heat.
In a blender, add the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla. Blend until smooth. If you prefer whisking by hand, start by mixing the flour and eggs together in a shallow dish, then whisk in the rest of the ingredients until combined.
Dip bread slices into the batter, dredging them well on both sides, and place on hot, greased griddle or skillet.
Cook for a few minutes, until the bottom of the breads starts to get golden brown. Flip and cook on the other side the same.
Remove to a plate. Serve warm with syrup and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.

lamb chops are amazingggg!!!😁😁😁

Prep – Thoroughly pat lamb chops dry with paper towels, wiping away any possible bone fragments or shards. Slice between ribs to separate chops, cutting them into even portions (3/4″ to 1″ thick).
Make Marinade – In a measuring cup, stir together garlic, olive oil, parsley, Tabasco, salt, pepper and thyme.
Marinate – Place chops in a non-reactive casserole dish and pour marinade over the chops. Rub the marinade all over the chops, then cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Cook Lamb Chops – Remove chops from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking. Heat a large heavy pan over high heat. Add 1 Tbsp oil to the hot pan. Add chops and sear for 2-4 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the chops and desired doneness (see chart below). Sautee in 2 batches if needed.
Rest – Transfer to a platter, tent with foil and rest the lamb chops for 5 minutes while making the pan sauce.
Make Pan Sauce – Leave 1 to 2 Tbsp oil in the pan, being careful not to remove the drippings and flavorings. Add 1/2 cup stock and simmer 2 min. Turn off the heat then swirl in butter. Spoon sauce over lamb chops and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Scallion cream cheese on a bagel is sooo scrumptious!!😛😛

Start by removing any browned or wrinkled skins from the white ends of the scallions and trim off any dead ends from the green end of the scallions. Once the scallions are washed and dried, chop them up into ¼"-½" pieces, all the way down to the scallion whites.
Transfer the scallions to your food processor. I use my 5-cup cordless mini food processor, but this will work in a 3-cup food processor, or even full-size food processor too. In a bigger food processor, you may need to pause and scrape down the bowl more often.

Pulse the chopped scallions a few times so the blades of the food processor whack them around, breaking down the cell walls and getting the scallions to start releasing their juices.

Add the cream cheese and the garlic powder and process until smooth, creamy, and well combined. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and process again, repeating this process a few times until everything is nice and creamy!

I would love some good desert right now!!☺️☺️☺️

Preheat oven to 350°F; line two baking sheets with parchment paper or use a silpat.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
In a large bowl, with a hand mixer or stand mixer, cream together the butter and the sugars on medium speed.
Add the egg, followed by the applesauce and vanilla extract.
Working by hand, stir in the flour mixture and the oats until just combined and no streaks of flour remain; stir in the chocolate chips.
Drop heaping tablespoonfuls (approx 1 tbsp each) of the dough onto prepared baking sheets, flattening each cookie slightly (I forgot to do this).
Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until cookies become light brown at the edges.
Let cool on baking sheet for 3 or 4 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

in love with ribeye steak!!!

preheat the oven and cast iron skillet or ovenproof pan per the recipe below.
Sear the seasoned ribeye steaks for two minutes per side. Once steaks are browned on both sides, place the pan in the oven and roast according to the recipe instructions below until you reach the desired doneness. Do not overcook.
Remove pan and place cooked steaks on a plate and add butter pats to each piece. Make a foil tent and let the steaks “rest” about 5 to 10 minutes. Resting is important to keep them juicy!

cant wait until I can finally have some linguine again😄😄😄!!

Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat and salt it. Add the linguine and cook until al dente, according to the package instructions. Reserve ½ cup of the pasta cooking water. Drain.
Meanwhile, in a large metal or glass bowl, combine the garlic, parsley, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, and salt.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the olive oil and butter. Once the butter is bubbling, pour it over the garlic and herb mixture. Stir to combine.
Add the pasta to the bowl along with the lemon juice and the reserved pasta cooking water. Use tongs to toss the pasta until it’s fully coated and well mixed.
Serve immediately, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

New York strip is my favorite!!

Season the strip steak on both sides with sea salt and pepper. Do not be afraid of salt or pepper when seasoning the Strip Steak; Make sure there is salt all over every square centimeter of the meat. There is nothing worse than unseasoned food, nothing, so season it well.
Next, add the oil to a large frying pan or cast iron skillet over high heat until it begins to smoke lightly.
Place the steaks into the pan and immediately turn to medium-high heat. Be sure not to crowd the pan to sear the steak, not steam it.
Add garlic cloves, fresh thyme or rosemary, and unsalted butter.

Cook the steaks for 2 minutes before moving them around the pan to ensure it becomes browned on every square millimeter of the steak.
After 5-6 minutes of cooking, flip the steak over and repeat the process.
Remove the steak after 2-3 minutes of cooking on the other side and set it on a cutting board or plate for 3-4 minutes to rest for a medium rare internal temperature.
