Virtual Recruitment Specialist (Cold Calling & Lead Generation)
Remote | Philippines-Based | Night Shift (NY Time)
This is a high-volume calling role that requires confidence, persistence, and sales mindset. This role is NOT for shy applicants. We are looking for someone who is CONFIDENT, ASSERTIVE, and SALES-DRIVEN.
You MUST have:
- At least 2 years of call center/BPO experience in a SALES or COLD CALLING account
- Proven ability to cold call for hours daily
- Strong closing, persuasion, and follow-up skills
- Fluency in American English (clear accent, confident phone presence)
- Comfortable handling rejections and objections
If you are hesitant on the phone or uncomfortable with cold calling, this role is not a fit.
JOB DETAILS
- Full-Time | Work From Home
- Night Shift (NYC Time)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
(10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Time)
- Salary: ₱30,000/month
*Negotiable depending on experience and sales background
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make daily cold calls to potential caregiver candidates
- Generate leads from training schools, job boards, and community groups
- Request and manage referrals from current aides and partner sources
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews
- Perform consistent follow-ups and pipeline management
- Qualify, screen, and recommend candidates for HHA positions
- Join team huddles, submit reports, and complete assigned recruitment tasks
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years Call Center/BPO experience (SALES ACCOUNT REQUIRED)
- Cold calling, outbound sales, or lead generation background is a MUST
- Recruitment or HR experience is a strong advantage
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Confident, assertive, and professional phone demeanor
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Own laptop or desktop computer
- Noise-cancelling headset with microphone
- Fast and stable internet connection
- Willingness to work night shift (NYC schedule)
- Strong work ethic, organization, and follow-through
