We will be holding an American Heart Association BLS Instructor Class on April 11 at our Queensbury Office.

The cost of the class is $425 and is all-inclusive. It includes the online Instructor Essentials Link, the instructor manual, and videos (per AHA, each instructor must have their own), the in-person class, the required class monitoring (the class right after the in-person session), and the instructor card. We also provide lunch and dinner.

You must have a current AHA BLS Provider card (if you need one, let us know, and we can add that class on ahead of time).

The online Essentials must be completed before attending the in-person session on April 11.

Class runs from 9am to 5pm, and we take a break before students come at 6pm for a full BLS class. This way, we complete the monitoring requirement on the same day.

Our Story

Strategic Emergency Training and Consulting was started up to spin off the Training Division of Event Medical Services of New York. Started a year earlier, it rapidly grew and became very successful.

This was in part due to the focus and drive of the owners as well as the dedicated instructors, for without them, we could not have made it this far.

We believe that everyone can make a difference. Every student we train receives valuable skills and knowledge that could ultimately save a life.

We also see a real need to expand beyond training and provide consulting services to EMS agencies. Some of these services include Safety (OSHA), HIPAA Compliance(including Security Risk Assessments), Operational and Financial Management, Revenue Recovery, Recruitment and Retention, and Staffing.
